EVALUATION:
One situation where I worked well with others was when I was on the yearbook staff my sophomore and junior years of high school. Each person on staff had specific tasks to complete each week in order to meet our deadlines. We had designers, photographers, and writers all working together to achieve our shared goals. During my sophomore year, I had to work with our editor and collaborate to come up with layout designs and make decisions on what content to include in the yearbook. During my junior year, I was the editor, so I now had to manage people and interact with our yearbook designers, collaborate with our photographers, and make sure everyone on staff was cooperating in order to meet our deadlines. Through this experience, I learned not only how to work well with others, but also how to follow a leader and ultimately become a leader.
